Are you a successful sales person with a flare for customer engagement?

Our Corporate Partnership Managers work with Sport Clubs, Leisure and Entertainment Facilities to promote our brand and deliver energy cost savings, energy consumption reductions and reduction of carbon dioxide emissions across their assets. We invest into venues by way of sponsorship to deliver brand exposure and partner with organisations to deliver our services. But, that’s not where we stop, this is a real partnership and we work on corporate social responsibility projects, energy improvement programmes and initiatives to benefit the fans and members. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join us to take the lead in the provision of our first line IT support services. This will include liaising with our external IT support partners in the provision of day to day IT support, acting as the first point of contact for reviewing user queries and issues.  You will offer on-site support to end users on hardware (workstation and printing) and standard software (Windows OS, office pack), manage local infrastructure (servers and network) when required and ensure security team best practices application for workstations. In addition, you will build and install the new employees work environment to ensure users are setup with accounts for windows via a portal Office 365.  To be sucessful in the role you will need to have experience and qualifications in IT support, as well as excellent customer service skills.

The Role

It will be your responsibility to generate quality leads face to face within a given sector and geographical area. You will be working with the local businesses to generate leads and using your sector knowledge to target specific businesses. Our clients stretch the length and breadth of the UK and not all of our interactions can be done via telephone, so you must have flexibility to travel anywhere in the UK. Professional phone manner and be comfortable selling and interacting with clients face to face and over the telephone is therefore essential.

The Role

You will report to a Team Manager. It will be your responsibility to generate quality SME leads face to face in a given postal area. You will be working with the local community to generate leads and using your multi-lingual skills to target specific sectors of the SME industry.Our clients stretch the length and breadth of the UK and not all of our interactions can be done via telephone, so you must have flexibility to travel anywhere in the UK. The Energy Check is strongly focused on the environment, clean energy and sustainability – we believe it’s the way ahead. Join us as a Low Carbon Consultant to support businesses showing them how to invest in these cleaner, renewable and more efficient technologies. You will use your knowledge and skills to advise businesses on how to use renewable energy sources, and energy and water efficiency technologies, that will bring down their bills and reduce their impact on the environment. You will advise them how to invest, the savings they will achieve and how to recoup the investment.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing energy reduction plans for customers throughout the UK and abroad, compiling customer energy reports identifying potential savings, carbon emissions and anomalies.  You will source/prepare quotations for works identified from energy surveys and provide expert advice on funding schemes and financing options to customers.  You will undertake site surveys and visits to undertake feasibility studies, manage tenders for customers for the installation of renewable energy projects and energy efficiency programmes and provide training to our sales agents.
